• We work with various transportation companies to deliver your orders. You will receive an LR (Logistics Receipt) copy for tracking your consignment and anticipated delivery timings.

• While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery times may vary based on your location and transportation factors. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted under certain conditions. You must contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Refund Process:
