Return and Refund Policy
Advance Payments & Asset Recall
As part of our unique business model, your purchase of cardamom is treated as an advance payment until you decide to sell or take delivery of the physical stock. Once you confirm the sale or request an asset recall (physical delivery of the cardamom), we issue an invoice, adding applicable GST and other taxes, as per Indian regulations. Until this step, your transaction remains classified as an advance payment, under GST laws.
Sales Returns
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return a product. To accommodate this, our return policy is designed with both flexibility and fairness. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: If you are dissatisfied with your cardamom purchase or encounter an issue, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your consignment.
- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, details of the issue, and a description of the problem to help us resolve the matter quickly.
- Return Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, This applies to cardamom for which sales returns are initiated.
- Return Shipping: Depending on the nature of the return, we will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving damaged or incorrect size or quality.
- Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will determine if it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund. Please allow 4 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures that any concerns you may have are addressed promptly and fairly. Refunds can be issued for the following reasons:
- Damaged or incorrect size or quality on products upon delivery
- Incorrect sized cardamom, shipped
- Non-delivery of ordered products
- Request for investment, before sale
Refund Process:
Once approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part. The refund will cover the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes.
Please note that in cases of sales return, all refunds are initiated after inspection and confirmation of return eligibility. Refunds will typically be processed within 4 business days.
